What I Saw At The Gym: Kind Of Like A Solar Eclipse

I have only some of the things that people permanently wear to the gym, or enough to burn your retina? You know how a solar eclipse when the experts warn that you were right, without a filter will cause irreparable damage. Read on for details but be warned, this is not pretty.

Here’s the deal: I’m not a high fashion gym guy. I will occasionally wear Nike short and even occasionally a logo shirt. On the other hand, the sights I see at the gym can really hurt your eyes if too long or too hard stare. Not to be sexist, please know that the conditions mentioned here apply to both men and women.

Probably there are categories of people choose to wear clothing and training, if they do not make formal sector, then I am here to get it on. The way I see it is composed as follows:

Terminally Fashionable: This god or goddess of the workout is adorned head to toe in logo madness. Shirt, pants or shorts (or both), socks, shoes, and has everything perfectly aligned. These are the same people who do not seem to sweat, and probably also its training of cleaning clothes to send to just pressed “look. She wore no underwear, which was evident at a glance because I knew the camel toe had been found and refused to look back. Yes, I am a healthy heterosexual male, and no, I do not need so much information. The male counterpart (perhaps they are connected) is to run in shorts, again without underwear. I call him affectionately, because its offer FedEx package in the gym. Again, TMI!

One thing that all these ladies and gentlemen have in common is a desire of her butt and get to the gym. They are light years ahead that the snails are sitting on the couch eating Twinkies and chasing them with beer. I am the spirit, those are dealt with have after you’ve done this workout! The reality is that what people wear is pointless to watch and fun to write, but none-the-less meaningless. This applies to all except FedEx. Please, I beg you for the good of mankind, to wear something under the shorts or take a cue from the Terminally Fashionable and spend a few dollars to get your workout wardrobe an Extreme Makeover. If you do not cover and no other is the risk of permanent damage to the retina lead, like a solar eclipse.

Many times, can be overweight, to have convenience. With today’s fast-paced high-tech, pavement-pounding and lifestyle, who has had time to be fit? Ah, we all know. It should be made a matter of time and make intelligent decisions.

It seems everything is now all-you-can-eat buffet and super size value meals. The idea is to eat more and pay less, a marketing strategy that is against your health and waistline.

A service in one place or the fast-food restaurant is three times more than fifteen years ago. The value and convenience leads to diabetes, obesity, cancer and heart disease, what a life-long dependency on prescription medications, organ drag and constant doctor visits. Obesity is increasing every year, and cancer and diabetes is the multiplier even faster. It is simply not paying your balance, which is important here, it’s your health!

It is alarming to see that there is a gym on every corner and diet foods, as far as the eye on the market, but we are more and more weight and put our health on the line. With today’s technology and medicine “experts”, you would think we were healthier.

Reclaim Your Control

There are things you can do to regain control and your life. Start by creating a priority list of what’s important and a list of things that you are going to do something.

Such things could purchase and preparation of natural foods and packing them to take to work or to school with. Grilled chicken and steamed vegetables is a good meal, a balanced and healthy, and a much better “value” than what you can get at the corner fast food joint.

You can also play with a quality to achieve pre-mixed protein drink into your diet, rather than the cheapest fast food for lunch.

There are some protein drinks there that are tasty and nutritious. One of my favorite things to do is mix my strawberries with sugar and protein-free strawberry Kool-Aid ®. Sometimes I deal with a little fruit or ¼ cup of oatmeal for a healthy and balanced. Toss in a few ice cubes and you have a thick and creamy smoothie, without all the extra junk harmful. Yum!

Get active

Take time for training. You can do a workout quality in less than sixty minutes four times a week. Many like to get up an hour early and workout, some like to train on the lunch break if time permits, and others who prefer the evening after work. Whatever works best for you, what is right. Take your time and do it.

At the end you are in control, so that all the efforts of your health and your self-esteem, your number one priority. This is your life so that you control.
